wow, kind of shitty but the resists are nice, i've heard some shit like it might be the key(other half) of a main piece that helps fight ragnaros kind of like the dragon comes at Rend when you have the key.

I was thinking it was a new drop added to Molten Core. or is it that Nurfed were the first to beat the boss that drops it and its been there all along?

just read that the neckpiece gives whoever equips it the lightning shiled graphic. (blue orb that spins around shamans).

and also:
