I tried disabling the sound, error happens and won't even let me get past login screen.

I tried removing the soundcard, error still happens and won't let me get past login screen...
any advice or should I just do a fresh WoW install?

error 131 is relatively common, either try blizz tech support or just go ahead and reinstall the entire game.

Yeah I did all that blizz techs said to do, other than a delete and reinstall, mainly because who wants to sit and load CD's for 45 mins :-p

I got that error back in beta when i installed from a network volume
