Start doing some damn AV we need someone to organize all the people on Horde side.  Anytime me or someone takes charge we end up winning.  One day I won like 3 av's in a row just by saying things like "follow me around SH BUNKER" much better then the people who say "CHARGE SH BUNKER!" While they are up attack SF graveyard or something.  Also from experience every game I've taken like 3-5 people to stop the usual ally Captain blitz we end up winning even though it takes us like a year and a half to finally destroy the ally base (Usually in AV DnT or something ends up ninjaing our aid station before our towers are even down) I'm almost to exaulted with AV but I think I will keep doing it because when you take charge you almost feel like a General telling people what to do and shit.  I think if someone can just change Horde mentallity from a defeatest kind we could win a lot more AV's and battlegrounds in general.  (AKA I was in an AB and someone was just like let them take the Blacksmith so this ends fast and I get my mark.  Also one time in AV while defending the captain someone was like jus let them kill captain so we can let them get in our base sneak by and kill Belinda)  That's just sad man.
