Many thanks for the kind words. As to why nothing Islamic, you've pretty much hit the nail on the head: fear.  Based on the reaction to the Satanic Verses, the cartoons, KFC joints, etc. we're pretty sure we'd end up in a bad way, though perhaps we really should do an Osama butt plug?  Hmm.

The hate mail isn't too bad.  We get loads more fan mail and to be honest, we love it. : )
