Sorry if the wording is confusing. I'll attempt to clarify.
As I said in my previous post, I am going to be focusing my attention on writing up several aspects of my observations. To be more specific, this includes things that I saw and heard, making links between themes and ideas from articles I am reading concurrently, and keeping track of when events occured. My committee is very interested in hearing more about the people I encounter and the interactions that are formed in these raid environments. I'm worried if I don't write the ideas and impressions I have down quickly, I'll lose track of some of them. I think I'm starting to view this world in a more dystopic sense, and I'd like to explore these feelings a bit by typing them up. This is somewhat time consuming, but not so much that I can't do it at the same time as other aspects of the game.
As for the people I met in the last month and a half, especially those who I enjoyed discussing these themes with, if you desire my assistance at some point, feel free to contact me. Given THC's large pool of members they can draw from, I don't see a pressing need for this at the moment; you have more than enough bodies to fill out the remaining raid slots. I think this differs from some of the other groups I've observed, where attendence issues were higher on their "concern meter." Anyway, I always enjoy helping out people who need it, in whatever raid context that may be. This is one of the more important aspects to the research process (in terms of maintaining contacts, that is). My focus in this sense (secondarily to observing how various groups operate) is more philanthropic I suppose ("philanthropos?"), after all it's not like I need any gear from any of these places.
If you have more specific questions, it might be easier to chat in-game.
Later Anthro. the first thing I thought about when Earl trasnfered was " what is Anthro gonna do this finish his research?" I am glad to were able to meet your research goals in THC. Dont be a stranger! we might need druids in the future!
