Here is the typical pickup raid, non guild of course.
RaidLeader: /tell "Hey, we could use another mage, wanna do UBRS?"
Me: (Knowing Im bored, might as well try) Um, sure
You have joined a Raid group.
Me: Um, there are 5 mages.....
RaidLeader: CANT HAVE TOO MANY
Me: .......
RaidLeader: EVERYONE HEAD TO BRS
Rogue1: We meeting at one of the BRM gates, the balcony, or what?
RaidLeader: MEET AT BRS
Rogue1: I never been here before, where do I go?
Pally1: You want me to tank?
Warrior1: No I can tank, let me tank....
Pally1: you specced for tank or dps?
Warrior1: DPS
Pally1: I will tank then
RaidLeader: I WILL TANK
Rogue1: I never been here before, where do I go?
Pally1: Are you tank specced?
RaidLeader: YES I AM, AND I HAVE DESTINY TO TANK WITH
Pally1: Destiny is a 2h sword.....I thought you were tanking
RaidLeader: I AM NOOB
Me: /sigh
Druid1: We have a key right?
RaidLeader: I HAVE TO MAKE IT IN LBRS QUICK
Hunter: I have a key we can use
RaidLeader: NO I CAN MAKE MINE QUICK
Mage2: Im at the tunnel, we gonna train in?
Rogue3: WTFOMG
Rogue3: !&$%ing horde jumped me in tunnel. REZ PLZ
Priest1: This is taking forever, lets hurry please or Im out
Pally2: Ill rez when I get there, almost there. We trainin in?
RaidLeader: NO WE WILL BE JUMPING ON BALCONY, I SAW A GROUP DOING IT LAST NIGHT
Me: It would be so much quicker to just train in all of us thatn switch the one hunter in and out
RaidLeader: NO WE WILL BE JUMPING
Mage4: I like to NUKE, so I need 2 healers in my group, I will be doing the most DPS of anyone here!
Priest1: we need more tanks, I cant heal all this cloth. get a couple more pallys or Im out
Druid2: I can heal too, we are fine
Priest1: !&$% this, im gonna go find a raid group where i get my way
Priest1 has left the raid.
Mage4: THIS GROUP SUCKS! I COULD KILL U ALL 1V1, NOOBS
RaidLeader: IM AT THE SG GATE, WHERE IS EVERYONE!!!
Me: you said meet at brs....most of us are in tunnel ready to train in
RaidLeader: MEET AT SG GATE, WTF!!!
Rogue4: you can just run down here, no horde around.....
RaidLeader: MEET AT SG GATE PLZ
Pally1 : who is tanking
Warrior1: I am and if Valor drops, NO ONE ROLL
RaidLeader: I AM TANKING AND MASTER LOOTING
Rogue3: WTFOMGBBQ ganked again!
Pally2: Why arent you stealthed?
Hunter2: Move a Priest or Druid in my group, I do lotsa DPS!!
Rogue3: I tried to kill one real quick, figured I could kill him before the other 10 saw me.
Pally2: ...
Rogue1: I never been here before, where do I go?
Priest2 has joined the raid group.
Priest2 : Ill come if I can roll on Devout, magisters, and Dredmist....otherwise im out

Priest2: Hey u dont like it? GL finding another priest
Druid2: I can heal
Rogue1: Can someone show me the way?
Mage3: Loot rules?
Mage4: Can we kill lbrs boss! I want staff!
RaidLeader: IM MASTER LOOTER
Mage3: I know, but I mean, are there any rules, like 1 blue per run, disenchanters get junk blue, etc, class specific rolls, etc....
RaidLeader: I AM MASTER LOOTER
Me: um, my guild is gonna raid Strat, thanks for the invite, and gl
