It's 3 people, Elsewhere, Crumbs, and Jay Walker. They used prostetics to make them look as much like Gene Kelly as possible then CGI'd his face on them. Moves aren't as clean as you'd expect from Elsewhere but he attributed that to the wetsuit they had to wear (since they were filming "in the rain") bad shoes and stuff.

Still a nice commercial.
